long does it take to have a topper made?
Typically it takes 3 weeks to make a custom topper. Depending on the
workload, we may be able to expedite your order for an additional fee.
How do I order?
You can order directly online by clicking on the "add to cart" button.
Additionally, you can send us your request using the "Contact Us" page.
Please make sure you include all of the specifics for your topper in the
comments section (i.e. topper type, foundation material, letter, style, color,
size requirements, quantity, etc...). See below for payment options.
How do I care for my topper?
You should keep your topper wrapped in the shipping materials prior to
your event to prevent damage.
How can I display my Monogram topper after my event?
If you ordered the Wood foundation Monogram cake topper, you can remove the cake
picks by either pulling them out or by cutting them flush with the
Monogram. After removal, the topper can be easily displayed in a shadow
box or any other form you choose. Display bases can be purchased
separately for use with the Wood foundation Monogram cake toppers or the Crystal
Sprays. These bases can also be used as a stand to display the toppers on
your event cake.
Can I order a topper for an occasion other than a wedding?
Yes, you can order toppers for any occasion or use. You just need to
specify the design and indicate an intended use when ordering. That
information will ensure that we make you a topper that is appropriate for
your occasion or event.
What type of payments do you accept?
Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. Customers can pay via credit
card, debit card, or check through PayPal. However, customers may also pay
directly with a check or money order. NOTE: payment must be received
prior to Topper Diva Creations beginning work on cake toppers.
Can I customize any topper or table number holder?
Yes, any topper can be customized to suit your needs and decor. If you
want a custom cake topper or table number holder that is not listed on
our site, contact us directly to personalize
your product. You can
specify your font for monograms (depending on style), specify color(s),
style, type, base, accents, design, etc...
What is your shipping policy?
Items are not shipped until payment is received. Your
topper will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) priority
mail (2-3 days). Items are shipped in protective shipping materials to
ensure they arrive to you safely and securely. You can choose to pay
additional fees for overnight shipping.
NOTE: Clay foundation toppers are very fragile and require the extra cost
of shipping insurance. Insurance covers the full cost of the topper.
What is your refund and return policy?
Due to the fact that each topper is custom ordered, no refunds or
exchanges are available. Exchanges are offered if the topper received was
different from that specified on the order invoice. In that case, Topper
Diva Creations will make every attempt to provide you with the correct
topper if time allows. If time does not allow Topper Diva Creations to
provide the correct topper, a refund will be provided.
